I’m Emma Schrader—I have been providing mental health therapy in Massachusetts since 2016. My work has primarily focused on supporting people experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, and trauma. I feel passionate about helping people feel supported and feeling like they can make changes that might once have felt impossible.
